21 Day Fix

Hey there guys!

21-day-fix-portion-control-system.jpg

The awesome thing about working for Beachbody is that they are always coming out with new workout programs, each time they push the limits, and let's just say they have done it again with 21 Day Fix. With a new trainer, Autumn Calabrese, this program lasts for 21 days and then you are done. Each workout is only 30 minutes and includes a simple healthy clean eating program. This may look like a women's program, but don't be confused. Look below for some awesome results achieved by men and women! This program also includes containers to help you keep on track with portion control during meals and snacks. Watch the video below and see what the hype is about. Message me and I can let you know when the program is released and how to get the best support out there!

What Type of Results Can You Expect From P90X3?

P90XDallas-Favorites-0020-2 copy.jpg

It’s kind of funny when I hear these types of questions because so few people believe that they can’t get great results unless they are working out for an hour or two per day.   That is simply not true.   That myth has been officially BUSTED!   Science has shown that you can get an efficient, butt-kicking workout in as little as 25-30 minutes per day.   Long gone are the hour-long workouts where you have a ton of rest between exercises.   Now, accelerated workouts are the key.   So, you may wonder what type of results you can get from P90X3 since it is only 30 minutes per day.   Here is my good friend Tony Horton as he sheds more light on what to expect.

Remember, X3 comes out on December 10th.  You will want to make sure you get yours right away because, just like Focus T25, I am sure it will sell out fast and you’ll be stuck waiting. If you want to be the first to hear about P90X3 sign up below and you will be given an update when the product is released for ordering!

Happy Halloween!

Halloween is upon us and what that can often mean is a crazy day of running to Target to grab candy, picking the kiddos up from school & practice, and then off to Trick or Treat or to a Festival. Hoping that the rain holds out in the DFW area, and our kids can go out with friends to have some fun! They will then return with buckets of candy, and we will have leftover candy at our house - sugar filled fun! A great alternative is to be the "healthy house" in the neighborhood - buy small boxes of raisins or trail mix! There is nothin' wrong with that!  Another great tip for younger kiddos - is to give them a container that is a bit smaller than a pillowcase. That way, they can fill up a small container and be good to go!

For us parents, its so tempting to grab some of that leftover candy and mindlessly snack away. Look at this before hand to help keep a good perspective on what you are taking in...
